    You rock! Thank you so much. I wanted to do this for my son's Eagle ceremony, but ran out of time (and didn't know what to do). I will send this in on Tuesday. I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer me.

    How do you go about getting the flag that is flown at the capitol on graduation day? Are you talking the state capitol or the capitol in DCA? That would be the best! Any information would be wonderful.

    I am amused that I am answering this while visiting my inlaws in Washington, NH. Anyway, I had a flag flown over the US capital. Here is a link for the State of NH.

    If you want one flown over your state capital I imagine you contact your state representative.
